Erik Scholz
Chairman
Erik has more than 40 years in board and executive roles across electrical, energy, building services, and infrastructure. He held senior positions at Clipsal and Schneider Electric, and currently serves as Executive Chairperson of BE Power, Director of Master Electricians Australia, and Board Member of Middendorp Electric. As founding shareholder, he sets RenewCORP's commercial direction.
Stephen McIntyre
Managing Director
Stephen has spent more than 30 years as a facilities management and infrastructure executive across multinational organisations. He was previously EGM at Spotless Group, where he ran Australia and New Zealand's largest PPP portfolio, covering over 4,000 employees across the health, defence, education, and justice sectors. He holds board roles in health and infrastructure, with career-long exposure to multibillion-dollar portfolios spanning financial, facilities, and property services.
Troy Smith
Chief Systems Officer
Troy has 34 years across electrical work, building automation, and asset management. A pioneer of Virtual Facilities Management and Digital Twin technology, he has delivered complex infrastructure projects in high-risk environments while keeping operations running throughout. His background spans estimating, project delivery, operations, and finance, and at RenewCORP he heads FM alignment and systems delivery.
Paul Schlaphoff
Chief Operating Officer
Paul has 25 years across construction, engineering, energy, and project delivery spanning Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. He built NuGreen Solutions from a startup through to its acquisition by Plenary Group, delivering national energy efficiency programmes across more than 100 sites. His specialties include commercial strategy, business and contract risk management, and senior account leadership.
David Erczmann
Head of Partnerships
David has 21 years improving compliance, safety, and operational performance across facilities and contractor management. He built LinkSafe from a startup to its acquisition by Civica Group, delivering contractor management solutions nationally and internationally. David has served two terms on the FMA Victorian Committee and brings sector experience across health, aged care, retail, education, and government. He is known for turning complex risk environments into streamlined, technology-enabled ways of working.
Claire Worley
Marketing & Communications Manager
Claire has more than 15 years of marketing and communications experience across agency and in-house roles in Sydney, Auckland and Adelaide, working with some of the world's largest brands on campaign strategy, brand development and content. At RenewCORP, she leads the marketing and communications function, bringing senior-level thinking to shape the brand and how the business tells its story to clients and the market.
Alex Hender
Head of Sustainability & Technology
Alex specialises in decarbonising the built environment. He holds a Master's in Sustainability Science alongside qualifications in commerce, international studies, and project management, and brings hands-on expertise in ESG frameworks, decarbonisation strategy, and building performance across multiple sectors. Alex drives profitable growth through ethical and sustainable practice, with a consistent focus on reducing operational costs and environmental impact.
